Hi Maurice, Just as sparkling wine made outside of Champagne, France, is not strictly "champagne" so fortified wines made outside of the Douro region of Portugal are not strictly Ports.   As makers of Port here in Portugal, we are not well placed to help you on this query.  We would suggest you contact a specialist wine merchant in your area who could advise you on the secondary market for these wines, or one of the auction houses which routinely handle wine, such as Bonham's, Christie's or Sotheby's, all of which have contacts in Australia.
