Companhia Geral  DA Agricultura Das Vinhas Do Alto Douro, SARL

A:

Hi Raelene, Hoopers is one of a half dozen brand names used over the past 50 years or more by Real Companhia Velha (as the firm is now known within Portugal).  From the description, it would appear this is NOT a Vintage Port, but probably a Ruby or Reserve Ruby style of Port, in which case it would have been intended for early consumption, within a few years of bottling.  If there is no bottling date indicated on the labels, then there is no knowing how old it is.  Generally, only well cellared Vintage Ports from top producers are sought after in the secondary market, so you may wish to open and enjoy this Port yourself some time soon.
