Black/purple with fading purple rim. Nose packed full of ripe plum, damson and prune. Hints of chocolate and spice with vanilla and touch of oak. Velvet and plush on the palate yet with lively tannin and keen acidity. Magnificent structure and backbone. Far too early to even consider opening. Needs lots of time to develop its full potential.
