Release Notes
The old vines at Quinta dos Canais combined with recent planting of top quality grape varieties produced a wine with a strong, full colour, clean, fresh and ripe berry fruit, good development with an elegant nose. Firm tannins and ripe fruit - a balanced and well structured wine. (Miguel Corte-Real)

A big and powerful young port. Grapey, peppery, chewy with lots of grip. Full to medium-bodied, medium sweeet with a long, tannic, ripe fruit aftertaste. Best after 2006. Score: 90/100
